
Why not live your one and only life to it's full potential? Why not treat your body like you would someone you really loved? Give it all of the best things, nurture it, and love it. What we put in our bodies makes a great difference of how long we will live. Eating right, exercise, and the proper amount of sleep can bring out the best in you. Water is also very important. I cannot count the people I know who drink only punch, soda, or juice, then pick up a Monster energy drink to give them a boost after the high fructose corn syrup has worn off. In the wilderness, man would only last three days without water, think about that. I think it is time for a change, it's never too late. Do it! what do you have to loose. Your gut maybe? Well here are some things that will help you on your journey to loosing that donut around your midsection while decreasing the chance off getting Cancer, Diabetes , and Heart Disease.
